1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Robinflow LLC ("Robinflow," "we," "us," or "our") and its platform ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. By creating an account, you explicitly agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Robinflow provides institutional-grade option flow and dark pool analytics for retail traders. The Service includes real-time data feeds, AI-powered signals, historical analysis tools, and related features as described on our platform.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service
5. Financial Disclaimer
Trading and investing in securities, including options, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. 6. Subscription and Payment
6.1 Free Trial
New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.
6.2 Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
6.3 Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods, downgrade adjustments, or unused time. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
6.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle and you will be notified via email when a change takes effect. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
7. Data Accuracy and Availability
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable data, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Market data may be delayed, and technical issues may occur. We are not responsible for any trading decisions based on delayed or inaccurate data.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Robinflow LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy (Section 6: Data Retention). Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robinflow LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Robinflow LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
14. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Investment Risk Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Robinflow LLC regarding the use of the Service, and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
